Just choose ANY of our listed treks at our website and its yours from
the trailhead only !!! This
means you cannot choose treks with starting point Delhi or Bangalore. You
have to choose
treks
with the trailhead as starting point such as Dehradoon, Dharamshala, Leh,
Manali etc. We
will
take
care of all expenses from the Trailhead and Back. All expenses until the
Trailhead and
return
to your country of origin after completion of trek will have to be paid for
by you. We will collect
you
from the Trailhead and Drop you back at the Trailhead. You will be allowed
to get choosy about
your
dates PROVIDED that some other trek group has already booked those dates
and their is
a vacancy
for one more person in that trek. We normally do not overload
trek
groups
beyond a number
of TEN.
You will be expected to mingle with the trek group irrespective of race,
color, religion,
nationality
and
provide usefull Tips on photography for the duration of
the Trek.
You
will be provided with an exclusive TENT all thru the trek. FotoKrafts will
purchase
General
Insurance
from an Indian Insurance Company to Insure all your photographic equipment
and
personal belongings provided you can submit all the original purchase bills
three weeks prior
to
the
start date of your trek. The format of Equipment Information as
required by the
Insurance
company will be faxed to you. It must contain all equipment serial numbers
along with
insurance
estimate if you dont have original bills. Any claims against the General
Insurance Policy will
have
to be submitted by you. FotoKrafts will only assist you in the follow
up process with the
Insurance
Company.
IS
THIS A SCAM ?? :- NO IT IS NOT. You are required to mail in your
name to a specific
MailBox
luckydip@fotokrafts.net. We
will verify your email for all contact details and website
particulars
and Passport Numbers and move it to a seperate lucky dip
folder. Before the start of any trek at
FotoKrafts for which we have customers we will ask our customers to pull
out ONE lucky
coupon
from a box. They will be blindfolded before they pull the lucky
coupon. The entire exercise will
be
done in the presence of the trek group. The Lucky Dip Coupon will be
computer printed with
your
Name, Email ID, Phone,
Website URL, Passport
Number.
Only
one lucky coupon will be pulled by one trek group of ours. All the other
un-lucky coupons
will
remain in that box until they get lucky at the hands of the next trek group that
will pull the next
lucky
coupon !! As you keep emailing your entries to luckydip@fotokrafts.net
your Lucky Dip Coupon
will
be
added to the Box. If there are no trek groups/customers at FotoKrafts no
Lucky Dip
draws until
then.
DIS-QUALIFICATION : If you send in more than entry to the email id luckydip@fotokrafts.net we
will
only allow ONE Lucky Dip Coupon in the Box after verification of your
email content. If you
have
used fraudulent ways to make multiple entries in the Lucky Dip Box and
the same is detected by us
we

purposes at our Website only for a period of six months from

with FotoKrafts on their official
letterhead
only (no legal papers involved to make it less messy). The agreement on
FotoKrafts letterhead will be
