Other than the above beginners course in C, C++ will also be launched in
five
months from now. The reason for the delay is that i need to prepare course
material
for
teaching.
THE KEY TO PREVENTING BALDNESS IN THE I.T INDUSTRY IS TO
RE-TRAIN
PEOPLE IN SPECIFIC SKILL SETS AND PLACING THEM ON SUPPORT
PROJECTS
FOR
SIX MONTHS BEFORE MOVING THEM TO DEVELOPMENT
PROJECTS.
MOST STAFF IN THE SOFTWARE INDUSTRY BURN OUT BY THE AGE OF 32.
DUE TO FACTORS SUCH AS MARRIED LIFE, CHILDREN,
DOMESTIC CHORES,
LONG WORKING HOURS IN THE EARLY
YEARS.
WHAT THEY NEED IS A GOOD TRAINING PROGRAM TO
RE-CHARGE DEAD
BATTERIES AND SOME TIME ON SUPPORT PROJECTS TO CONCRETISE
THEIR
LEARNING.
STAFF ALSO BURN OUT BECAUSE OF FREQUENT CHANGE
IN
SKILL
SETS.
